Can be equipped with remote controllers DDC-II, DDC-III, DDC-5, automatic feedback control of the extruder and tractor to control the outer diameter within the tolerance range, improve product quality and reduce consumption.
Transparent body can be measured.

Working principle
The laser diameter gauge uses infrared or incandescent lamp projection type to measure the wire and cable for detection.
The receiving device is a dual receiver, which can effectively ensure the accuracy of the detection result. When the detection object passes through the detection head, the light quantity of the receiver is a fixed value. If the appearance of the wire is convex or concave, the amount of light received by the receiver will change. By changing the amount of light, the convex or concave defect can be detected.
